Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always do our best to keep you updated.
Delivery We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
- Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping
- Orders under £50 are charged a standard shipping fee at checkout
Order Tracking Where available, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
