Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are my products dimensions / size?
    All our products have sizes or dimensions contained within the product description. We urge you to please check these sizes or dimensions to confirm that the product you are purchasing is the right size that you are looking for.
  • Can I contact you before buying?
    If you are unsure that the personalisation will fit or be suitable for the product you want to buy, you can contact us at - contact@daisymolly.co.uk. We are happy to help and guide you through the personalisation and purchase.
  • Do you Gift Wrap the Products?
    We offer Gift wrapping on certain products. This will be shown when purchasing the product if offered.
  • Do you add Gift Messages?
    We only include gift messages with the gift wrapping option. Messages need to be included with the order either in the gift notes or a direct message straight away. Messages can be up to 200 characters and spaces and symbols also count as characters.
  • Can I change my personalisation after purchasing?
    We work very fast to get your order completed and dispatched. If you require your personalisation amending please contact us straight away. We can't guarantee that it can be changed so please ensure you provide the correct personalisation on the initial order.
  • What if my personalisation doesn't meet the character / layout criteria?
    We will contact you and make a suggestion for what would fit. We will wait for a reply within 24 hours and if no reply received we will process the order with the closest alternative / suggestion, or on our decision may cancel the order. Please read the product personalisation requirements before ordering. We will not personalise using any terms or words which could be deemed as offensive, racial or derogatory.
  • Do spaces and symbols count as characters?
    Spaces and symbols also count as characters so please consider when requesting your personalisation to ensure it fits.
  • Can I use Emoji's or Special Symbols?
    We do not personalise with special symbols which include hearts or emoji's unless specific to the product being ordered. We also can't add accents above characters.
  • What should I do when my order arrives?
    We urge you to check your order upon delivery to ensure it is the correct order and the requested personalisation. If there are any errors or damage please contact us at - contact@daisymolly.co.uk so we can resolve for you. Any issues raised after 30 days can not be rectified.
